         Der Bieter kann seine Eignung durch die Angabe einer Präqualifizierung im Angebotsschreiben belegen. Als vorläufigen Beleg der Eignung und des Nichtvorliegens von Ausschlussgründen wird auch die Einheitliche Europäische Eigenerklärung akzeptiert. Gelangt das Angebot in die engere Wahl, sind die Eigenerklärungen (auch die der vorgesehenen Nachunternehmen) durch Vorlage der geforderten Unterlagen zu belegen.
