Georgia has received financing from the World Bank and European Investment Bank (EIB) toward the cost of the Log-In Georgia Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Fiber Optic (passive) Infrastructure Deployment: Phase 3 (Keda-Shuakhevi). The bidding process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations. A Bidder must sign an adapted EIB Covenant of Integrity.

The N(N)LE OPEN NET now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for Fiber Optic (passive) infrastructure construction in the settlements of Keda and Shuakhevi Municipalities, with the duration of works of 360 days. Qualifying criteria to award the contract can be found in the Bidding Document that can be seen and downloaded for free at the following link : https://tenders.procurement.gov.ge/public/?go=564451&lang=ge

Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” dated July 2016 (latest revision on September 2023) (“Procurement Regulations”).

Bids must be delivered electronically using the “Georgian Electronic - Government Procurement System (Ge-GP)” (http://procurement.gov.ge/ ).

Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened electronically. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration. The Bid not accompanied with a Bid-Securing Declaration, will be rejected.
