La réservation des prestations devra pouvoir être effectuée à travers :- un outil online. CYU souhaite sélectionner une agence de voyage offrant un outil de réservation :o Permettant aux voyageurs et gestionnaires (assistants voyage) de réaliser toute la chaine de réservation d"un déplacement au niveau de service recherché o Prenant en charge le paiement des prestations - une solution offline de réservation des prestations précitées
