         2) Bilans ou extraits de bilan des candidats concernant les 3 dernières années.

         3) Attestations d"assurance de responsabilité civile.

         4) Lettre d"engagement à souscrire une assurance décennale, qui portera a minima sur la valeur à neuf de reconstruction des ouvrages

         1) Liste des travaux effectués au cours des cinq dernières années indiquant le montant, la date d"exécution et le destinataire public ou

         privé. Les prestations sont prouvées par des attestations du destinataire ou, à défaut, par tout autre moyen.

         2) Déclaration indiquant les effectifs moyens, et l"importance du personnel d"encadrement pendant les 3 dernières années. Le personnel

         doit, si possible, avoir une connaissance réelle de la réglementation applicable pour les travaux sur le domaine public.

         3) Description de l"outillage, du matériel et de l"équipement technique dont le candidat disposera pour la réalisation du marché

         Qualité des références indiquées, appréciée en tenant compte de la similarité avec l"objet de la consultation,
