- La production et la distribution de chaleur et de froid aux abonnés ;

- L"Optimisation des réseaux

- La gestion des relations contractuelles avec les abonnés ;

- La facturation et le recouvrement des tarifs auprès des abonnés au titre des prestations réalisées.

Le Délégataire assume le risque d"exploitation du service conformément à l"article L.1121-1 du Code de la commande publique
