Les accords cadres sont à bons de commandes et mono-attributaires, ils comportent un maximum sur toute leur durée théorique, soit 4 ans, qui sont indiqués dans les rubriques " informations complémentaires". Les documents de consultation sont téléchargeables, gratuitement et en libre accès, sur la plateforme de dématérialisation des marchés publics : https://marches.maximilien.fr/?page=entreprise.AccueilEntreprise. Les candidats sont informés que, s"ils ne créent pas un compte sur la plateforme avant de télécharger le DCE, ils ne seront pas informés des éventuels rectificatifs du DCE, ni des questions-réponses qui y seraient déposées.
