        - Activités de coordination (ou d’appui à la coordination) des produits SI en phase de BUILD et de RUN, au périmètre des chaines de valeur ou socle pilotés par le pôle (AMM, SCT, IE), d’appui au pilotage des projets. Ces activités regroupent également l’appui méthodologique

        - La coordination transverse concerne également l’appui aux Product Owner, Managers de produit ou à la coordination produit-train.

        - Activités d’études amont transverse : étude d’opportunité et de cadrage de la solution SI, architecture applicative et architecture technique, portage des solutions SI au sein des équipes de réalisation.

        - Concerne également les activités de data analyse : étude de données lors des cadrages ou en MCO
