Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

l"Annonce no23-146675 indique comme valeur totale du marché public no AO 23058 portant sur la construction d"un espace culturel quartier du Baillet à Drancy - lot no01 Gros OEUvre, le montant de 23 250 000 euro (H.T.).

Or, ce montant est erroné, s"agissant là d"une erreur de frappe.

La valeur totale du marché public no AO 23058 portant sur la construction d"un espace culturel quartier du Baillet à Drancy - lot no01 Gros OEUvre est de 21 991 139,84 euro (H.T.).

La présente modification n"est pas justifiée par des circonstances qu"un pouvoir adjudicateur adjudicateur diligent ne pouvait pas prévoir, mais par le souhait du pouvoir adjudicateur de régulariser une erreur de montant
