en plus des indications supra, il est précisé que la Commune que soient mis en place des abris reconditionnés à neuf. Le prestataire se rémunèrera par l"exploitation publicitaire de 2 faces de 2m² dans un caisson éclairé sur les abris positionnés en agglomération, sauf impossibilité technique, en contrepartie du versement d"une redevance annuelle. Il sera toutefois exonéré du paiement de la taxe locale sur la publicité extérieure
