         Les prestations de la partie forfaitaire confiées au Titulaire se déclinent en trois phases décrites comme suit :

         Phase 1 : une phase d’étude de fabrication. Cette phase démarrera à compter de la réunion de lancement. L’étude de fabrication sera basée sur les plans communiqués par le CEA validés au stade « pour réalisation »,

         Phase 2 : une phase de fabrication d’un (1) ensemble de blindage de présérie (MS0), chaque blindage étant composé d’un (1) blindage « chaud » et de quatre (4) blindages « froids ». Pour cette phase, le CEA se réserve le droit d’effectuer quelques modifications mineures sur les plans remis lors de la phase 1. Le Titulaire s’engage à prendre en compte ces modifications sans incidence financière.

         Phase 3 : une phase de fabrication de neuf (9) ensembles de blindage de série (MS1 à MS9), soit 9 blindages « chaud » et 36 blindages « froids ».

         Pour cette phase, le CEA se réserve le droit d’effectuer des modifications afin de tenir compte des résultats de la phase 2. Le Titulaire s’engage à prendre en compte ces modifications.
