L"Accord-Cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6,

         r. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l"émission de bons de commande.

         Chaque accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Montants maximum pour chacune des périodes des accords-cadres : Lot no 1 : 4 000,00 euro ht / Lot no 2 : 60 000,00 euro ht / Lot no 3 : 10 000,00 euro ht / Lot no 4 : 10 000,00 euro (H.T.). Les prix sont révisables. Les sommes dues au titulaire seront payées dans un délai global de 30 jours à compter de la date de réception des demandes de paiement.
