Il prend la forme d"un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono attributaire avec des montants annuels minimum de 50 000 euro(s) HT et maximum de 180 000 euro(s) (H.T.). L"Offre économiquement la plus avantageuse sera appréciée au regard des critères pondérés suivants: le prix des prestations (60%), la valeur technique des prestations (30%), la démarche environnementale (10%).Les candidats devront remplir le cadre de réponse faisant office de mémoire technique joint au DCE, à défaut leurs offres seront considérées irrégulières et de ce fait rejetées
