capacités professionnelles : .Le candidat ou l"un des membres du groupement devra pouvoir présenter un ou plusieurs architectes..certificats de qualifications professionnelles du candidat et de chacun des cotrai-tants ou tout document équivalent (prouvés par des certificats d"identité profes-sionnelle ou références équivalentes) ;.Titres d"études et professionnels et/ou distinctions ou prix reçus de l"opérateur économique et/ou des cadres de l"entreprise, et notamment des responsables de prestation de services de même nature ou équivalente a` celle du marché.ainsi, chaque candidat ou chaque groupement devra obligatoirement réunir les compétences nécessaires suivantes :oconception architecturale bâtiment ;oingénierie de génie civil, bâtiments tertiaires, bâtiments administratifs ou de bureaux ;ovoirie Réseaux Divers (Vrd) ;Tous corps d"état du bâtiment (Tce) ;Aménagement urbain et paysager ;Ingénierie environnementale et notamment des compétences techniques dans les domaines environnementaux suivants : gestion alternative des eaux pluviales, démarche de Qualité Environnementale des Bâtiments ; Ingénierie en matière de performance énergétique notamment thermique ;Dossiers administratifs et d"urbanisme ;Economie de la construction ;Planification et gestion d"interfaces ;Système de sécurité incendie.liste des principales prestations effectuées au cours des trois dernières années (li-vrés, en cours d"études ou en chantier) décomposée comme suit : l"année d"exécution de la mission (si en cours, préciser l"année de démar-rage), le MOA de l"opération, le montant de l"opération et la part des prestations menées par le candidat, l"objet des prestations et les missions réalisées, et des éventuels détails du site (enjeux, environnement, surface, risques ou contraintes). Les livraisons sont prouvées par des attestations du destinataire ou, à défaut, par une déclaration de l"opérateur économique.
