         L"ouvrage appartient à la catégorie, opération de réhabilitation d"infrastructure de l"article R2431-3 4° du code de la commande publique.Une étude de faisabilité a déjà été réalisée et sera mise à disposition des candidats.

         La mission du maître d’œuvre comprend: les études d"avant-projet, les études de projet, le dossier de consultation des entreprises, l"analyse des offres, les études d"exécution y compris les études d"exécution partielles et les visas et enfin l"assistance apportée au maître d"ouvrage lors des opérations de réception hors suivi des réserves et de la garantie de parfait achèvement.

         Le montant prévisionnel des travaux est estimé à 2 330 000 € HT. La durée prévisionnelle des travaux est estimée à 11 mois, y compris la période de préparation. La durée du marché de maîtrise d’œuvre s"entend de sa date de notification jusqu"à la notification du procès-verbal d’admission par le maître d’ouvrage.
