un concours sur esquisse est organisé pour la création d"une résidence autonomie et autres aménagements à Roquefort.Tranche ferme: Résidence Autonomie de 20 logements de type 1bis situés sur deux niveaux avec typologies variées permettant l"accueil des personnes âgées seules ou en couple, et pouvant recevoir leur famille (875m² sdo) - 2 246 250 euros HT Tranches optionnelles: création de 2 logements T3 supplémentaires (To1 / 112m2 sdo), aménagement d"un espace intergénérationel (To2 / 224m2 sdo), aménagement d"un café social et micro-crèche (To3 / 200m2 sdo) et la démolition du pavillon " ONF " (To4 / 176m2 sdo) - 946 680 euros HtEnveloppe prévisionnelle travaux: Le titulaire se verra confier les éléments d"une mission de maitrise d"oeuvre de base sans EXE avec VISA telle que prévue par la loi du 12 juillet 1985 relative à la Maitrise d"ouvrage Publique, et éventuellement une mission optionnelle OPC et SSI. Durée prévisionnelle de la mission : 30 mois environ
