Les critères de jugement des offres sont fixés comme suit : Pour tous les lots 1, 2 et 3 1-qualité des produits (jugée au regard des repas test), 40.0 % 2-prix des prestations selon des devis cachés, 35.0 % 3- démarche éco responsable au regard de l"annexe 1 au règlement de la consultation et des modes de preuve fournis, 25.0 % Pour le lot 4 : 1-qualité des prestations, 70.0 % 1.1- moyens mis en oeuvre pour la réalisation des prestations (service et accueil), 30.0 % 1.2 - qualité des produits au regard des repas test, 20.0 % 1.3 - démarche éco-responsable au regard de l"annexe 1 au règlement de la consultation et des modes de preuve fourni, 20.0 % 2-prix des prestations selon devis caché, 30.0 %
