Le présent marché porte sur des Travaux de dépose sélective, de curage, désamiantage et de déconstruction du Labo Diva. Le marché est décomposé en 1 tranche ferme et 2 tranches optionnelles

Le projet consiste en la démolition totale des ouvrages, bâtiment et équipements de la parcelle, y compris leurs infrastructures et fondations. Le terrain est remis en état par une mise en sécurité des fouilles, le nivellement du fond de fouille, la fermeture de la parcelle. Les travaux de réfection du pignon découvert et la fermeture du local poubelle adjacent font également partie du présent marché. Ce marché concerne également tous les travaux que cette prestation nécessitera, tels que la sécurisation des accès et les travaux de protection des personnes et de l"environnement.
