L’accord-cadre porte sur

UNE MISSION DE GESTION ADMINISTRATIVE DU PERSONNEL ET DE LA PAIE DE LA SAMOA.

La SAMOA est une Société anonyme – Société Publique Locale d’Aménagement.

Son capital social est détenu par sept collectivités locales, dont Nantes Métropole, actionnaire majoritaire.

La SAMOA a deux activités objet de deux secteurs analytiques distincts (https://www.samoa-nantes.fr) :

- L’aménagement urbain de l’Ile de Nantes

- Le développement économique des Industries Culturelles et Créatives

Pour accomplir au mieux les missions qui lui sont confiées, il lui est nécessaire d’assembler un certain nombre de compétences conjuguées en plus de celles dont elle dispose en interne.

La présente consultation a pour objet le choix d’un dispositif d’assistance dans les domaines suivants :

- Prestations de gestion de la paye ;

- Prestations d’administration du personnel ;

Ces deux prestations incluant une assistance juridique de niveau 1.

Ces prestations sont les éléments indissociables d’un même marché.

La SAMOA doit en effet s’assurer de la permanence, de la fiabilité et de la cohérence du dispositif d’assistance que représentent ces prestations
