II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

bâtiment d"hébergement et de restauration pour les apprenants du Campus 2 du FIM à Saint-Lô,

L"Hébergement aura une capacité d"accueil de 60 lits, dont 44 pour les mineurs non autonomes en chambres doubles, et 16 pour les majeurs autonomes en chambres individuelles.

Les personnes hébergées auront accès le soir à un foyer, une salle de travail et une salle de musculation.

La restauration aura une capacité de 120 repas à midi, à destination des utilisateurs du centre de formation et éventuellement aux personnes extérieures, et de 60 petits-déjeuners et 60 repas le soir pour les personnes hébergées.

La production sera réalisée sur place, afin d"être également un outil au service de la formation. Une vente à emporter sera aussi prévue.

Des espaces extérieurs de détente pour les personnes hébergées, et de consommation pour le restaurant compléteront le projet.

Le projet, implanté sur un foncier de 6 000 m2 environ devra prendre en compte des possibilités ultérieures d"extension.

La Surface Utile Nette totale du programme est de 1 495 m2 environ, avec 1 075 m2 SUN environ pour l"hébergement, 375 m2 SUN environ pour la restauration.

Budget prévisionnel des Travaux : 5 091 000 Euros (H.T.).
