Section VI: Complementary information

VI.3)Additional information:

le présent accord-cadre est mono attributaire à bons de commandes sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 304 500 euro(s) (H.T.). L"Accord-Cadre débute à compter du 1er avril 2024 ou à compter de sa notification si celle-ci est postérieure. Il est conclu pour une durée ferme de 12 mois. Il est reconductible 3 fois, tacitement, par période de 12 mois, sans pouvoir excéder une durée totale de 48 mois. Il est passée en application des articles R.2123-1 3°, R.2123-2 et R.2123-7 du Code de la Commande Publique. Les variantes obligatoires ou facultatives ne sont pas autorisées. Le delai de validité des offres est de 180 jours. Des négociations auront lieu avec les 4 premiers candidats (modalitées fixées à l"art. 5.4 du Rc). Une visite obligatoire des lieux est prévue (art. 4.1 du Rc). L"Avis est rédigé et publié en langue française. A l"échéance de l"accord-cadre, une nouvelle procédure de mise en concurrence pourra être publiée si le besoin est maintenu
