VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

suite aux études techniques menées après la démolition, il s"avère que : Par celle A1536 : - 3 contreforts sur les 4 prévus ne sont plus nécessaires. Il est techniquement plus opportun de réaliser un talus avec les matériaux issus du site. Cette modification conduit à une moins-value de 3 900,00 eur (H.T.). - Le pignon Ouest du bâtiment devait être démoli en intégralité. Afin de former une clôture avec la parcelle voisine, il est préférable d"araser ce pignon à une hauteur de 1m40 sur un linéaire de 13,75 m. Cette modification nécessite de créer une arase en béton armé et entrâine une plus-value de 1 375,00 eur (H.T.). Parcelle AY 342 : - la mise en place de clôture et d"un portail a dû être abandonnée ce qui entraîne une moins value de 2 600 eur ht; - le bâtiment mitoyen à conserver étant lié et contreventé par la structure du bâtiment démoli, la démolition du pignon Est doit être annulée. Afin de maintenir la stabilité du bâtiment mitoyen, la solution proposée consiste à conserver une forme de contreforts en place. Ces travaux conduisent à une plus-value 5 500 eur ht pour cette parcelle. Déduction faite des travaux en moins value, la plus-value pour cette parcelle s"élève à 2 900 eur (H.T.).
