         : Les candidats auront à produire les documents mentionnés ci-après. Chaque membre du groupement aura à produire lesdits documents, sous peine de rejet de l"ensemble du groupement.

         Pour justifier de ses capacités professionnelles, techniques et financières, chaque membre du groupement peut demander que soient prises en compte les capacités professionnelles, techniques et financières d"un ou plusieurs sous-traitants. Dans ce cas, il doit justifier des capacités de ce ou ces sous-traitants et du fait qu"il en dispose pour l"exécution du marché. Il produira pour ce faire, pour ces sous-traitants, les mêmes renseignements que ceux exigés des candidats.

         Dossier administratif :

         1. Le formulaire DC1 (lettre de candidature et habilitation du mandataire par ses co-traitants) ou une lettre de candidature signée par une personne habilitée à engager le candidat.

         2. Le formulaire DC2 (déclaration du candidat individuel ou du membre du groupement) et tous les justificatifs demandés dans ce document ou tout autre document équivalent contenant l’ensemble des informations demandées dans le formulaire ainsi que les justificatifs précédemment mentionnés.

         7. Déclaration sur l’honneur pour justifier que le candidat n’entre dans aucun cas des interdictions de soumissionner.

         Dossier technique :

         1. Les certificats ou qualifications en adéquation avec l’objet du présent avis en cours de validité délivrés par un organisme agréé.

         2. Une plaquette de présentation de l’entreprise.

         3. Une note sur l’organisation de l’entreprise.

         4. Un dossier présentant les capacités de l’entreprise (et plus particulièrement de l’établissement susceptible d’intervenir) à réaliser des prestations similaires notamment en milieu urbain. Ce dossier devra détailler :

         . Les moyens techniques de l’entreprise,

         . Les moyens humains (effectifs par qualification professionnelle et par fonction),

         . Les références pour les prestations similaires exécutées dans les trois dernières années. Les références présentées devront mentionner le nom du projet, la date, le lieu d’exécution, les coordonnées du client, la nature et le montant des opérations effectuées.

         5. Les noms des sous-traitants susceptibles d’intervenir dans le cadre de l’exécution du marché, ainsi que la nature et le volume des prestations sous-traitées.

         6. Les moyens envisagés par le candidat pour anticiper et repérer les potentielles sources de nuisances en milieu urbain.

         Chaque entreprise se doit de remettre un dossier, et in fine un cahier de références. Il est obligatoire pour chaque candidat de préciser que le cahier de références ne doit comporter que 5 références maximum. Toute référence supplémentaire ne sera pas prise en compte pour la sélection.

         Les candidats devront présenter uniquement 5 références par membre de groupement, sur un cahier de références, avec les mentions suivantes (à adapter en fonction du type de travaux) : le nom du maître d’ouvrage, l’année de réalisation, le délai de(s) chantier(s), les prestations réalisées, la description du ou de(s) ouvrage(s) avec le montant, l’adresse précise, le nombre de logement, le label obtenu le cas échéant et les caractéristiques relevant de la complexité de l’opération. Chaque référence doit comporter l’ensemble de ces mentions. Dans le cas contraire, il y aura non prise en compte de la référence.

         Il est demandé aux candidats de compléter la fiche de présentation du groupement ainsi que le cahier de références joint au dossier d’appel à candidatures. Le non-respect de ce formalisme entrainera le rejet de la candidature.
