la présente consultation est organisée en vue de l"attribution d"un marché public de maîtrise d"oeuvre pour la construction d"une Maison des Associations sur le campus de l"université Paris 8 à Saint-Denis.L"Opération relève du champ d"application des dispositions du livre IV de la deuxième partie du code de la commande publique (Ccp). La consultation porte sur un concours restreint de maitrise d"oeuvre, lancé conformément à l"article L. 2172-1 du CCP et organisé selon les dispositions des articles R. 2162-15 à R. 2162-26 du CCP
