         Les prestations sont décomposées en deux phases :

         La phase 2 porte sur la réhabilitation, la restructuration des bâtiments J et Q.

         Toutes les phases seront exécutées.

         Sur les deux phases, les études seront réalisées simultanément. Elles donneront lieu à un unique appel d"offres de travaux.
