         le présent marché de maitrise d"oeuvre "Projet paysage" a pour objet la conduite d"une opération de Réhabilitation, de renaturation et de restauration des continuités écologiques en coeur de ville . Dans le cadre des objectifs fixés par le Maitre d"ouvrage, les prestations à réaliser prennent la forme d"une mission témoin de maitrise d"oeuvre projet paysage pour la mise en oeuvre de la plan planification pré-établie lors de la phase Diagnostic en lien avec les différentes politiques publiques conduites par la collectivité en matière de Biodiversité et d"aménagement. Une attention particulière devra être portée sur la question du traitement d"une friche industrielle. En effet, la friche devra être appréhendée en priorité. Il sera demandé de participer a l"élaboration du plan de gestion dans le cadre de la dépollution du site en lien avec l"epf de Bretagne afin de garantir la cohérence des aménagements projetés et les opérations de dépollution programmées
