Le marché comporte une tranche ferme et une tranches optionnelle définies comme suit : Tranche ferme : assistance à la passation des contrats de travaux, préparation de chantier, exécution des contrats et l"assistance à la levée des réserves de réception et pendant l"année de parfait achèvement.Les missions de la tranche optionnelle no1 restent identiques à celles de la tranche ferme, cependant, le temps de travail effectif du pilote, est augmenté tel qu"exigé dans l"article 3.4.2 du CCTP
