         les études de maîtrise d"oeuvre portent restructuration de la ½ pension, du rez-de-chaussée de l"externat et travaux annexes (rénovation chaufferie, restructuration du rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment A enseignement, ravalement de façade, déconstruction / construction atelier maintenance, réfection de la cour de récréation et remplacement Ssi...)

         La prestation de maîtrise d"oeuvre sera divisée en deux phases distinctes : les études et travaux liés au désamiantage et déconstruction des bâtiments, les études et travaux de restructuration des bâtiments

         le montant de l"enveloppe affectée au travaux est fixée à 2 000 000 euro ht (valeur août 2023) dont : 140 000 euro (H.T.). Pour la phase de désamiantage / déconstruction et 1 860 000 euro (H.T.). Pour la phase de restructuration des bâtiments
