concours de maîtrise d"oeuvre sur esquisse relatif à un projet de construction d"un équipement omnisport dédié notamment, à la pratique du handball.Il comprend aussi l"aménagement des espaces extérieurs avec la création d"une voie d"accès et d"une aire de stationnement L"Équipement sportif comprend une salle d"évolution sportive de type C (44 m x 24 m) respectant les exigences du niveau de classe Ii avec 500 places en gradins fixes, une salle de musculation, des vestiaires pour les joueurs et arbitres, une salle de réceptions et les bureaux du club résident de l"us Nafarroa Handball. Le bâtiment se développe sur 2 160 mètres carrés de Sp (surface de plancher). L"Architecture bioclimatique, l"utilisation de matériaux biosourcés, l"inscription du projet dans une démarche E+C- permettra de concrétiser ce projet issu de la concertation avec les acteurs locaux. Ce projet s"inscrit dans une démarche d"exemplarité énergétique et environnementale mais sans s"engager dans un processus de certification
