         réhabilitation du bâtiment ex-caf - relance lots no16.Le contrat porte sur les prestations suivantes : Réhabilitation du bâtiment ex-caf.Le projet de réhabilitation du bâtiment Ex-Caf consiste en la réalisation d"un hôtel d"entreprises qui abritera également un totem de l"innovation. Ainsi, le futur bâtiment sera aménagé de la façon suivante : - quatre niveaux dédiés à de l"hôtel d"entreprises à la location. Les locaux seront soit livrés bruts si l"entreprise souhaite aménager par elle-même ou soit livrés aménagés sur la base du cahier des charges de l"entreprise ;- un Totem de l"innovation sur 2 niveaux et demi : une salle de conférence, un showroom, des salles de réunion, des salles dédiées à l"incubation, des espaces de coworking, etc avec la possibilité à terme d"aménager un fablab ;- un niveau dédié à la réception avec vue sur la baie : trois salles de réception dont deux qui peuvent fusionner ainsi qu"un espace traiteur.La consultation concerne le lot no16 "Revêtements de sols / faïence".La procédure adaptée restreinte est organisée en deux phases successives : une phase candidature (objet du présent règlement d"appel public à la concurrence) à l"issue de laquelle au maximum trois candidats seront retenus pour la phase offre
