la filière de traitement devra permettre de traiter notamment la turbidité, la matière organique, les pesticides et les paramètres microbiologiques, pour une capacité nominale de 72 000 m3/j.

Le marché, objet de la consultation, est un marché de travaux en conception-réalisation (article 33 de l"ordonnance 2015-899 du 23 juillet de 2015 comportant les tranches suivantes :

Tranche ferme : études de conception y compris les documents

nécessaires à l"obtention du permis de construire et des diverses autorisations administratives et établissement des dossiers réglementaires

tranche optionnelle 1 : Travaux de modernisation de la filière de traitement de l"upepe

tranche optionnelle 2 : Transformation de certains ouvrages des bâtiments des CAG en bâche de stockage d"eau traitée

tranche optionnelle 3 : Création de by-pass des citernes d"eau traitée
