         RTE, the French electricity transmission system operator, is responsible for the development, implementation and operation of the connection of offshore wind farms to the French public power transmission system.

         In this context, RTE intends to carry out Geophysical and Geotechnical surveys for its future Offshore Substations and Submarine Cables.

         The purpose of this Contract notice is to introduce the call for tender gathering 5 lots of subsequent framework contract for Surveys dedicated to the Offshore Substations and Submarine Cables. The 5 lots at stake are the following:

         - Lot 1. Geophysical survey for Offshore Substations and Submarine Cables Routes

         - Lot 2. Geophysical UXO survey

         - Lot 3. Geotechnical survey for Offshore Substations

         - Lot 4. Geotechnical survey for Submarine Cables Routes

         - Lot 5. Geotechnical Landfall survey for Submarine Cables Routes

         The Contractor will be in charge of full geophysical survey covering (i) the Submarine Cable Routes from Landfall (5 meters water depth) to Offshore Substation (min. 40 meters water depth) and (ii) Offshore Substation fondation, including :

         - Review or perform bibliographical studies

         - Review Employer data

         - Define the methodology of the Survey to be carried out with the appropriate tools

         - Produce Procedures (technical, QHSE, Management and operational)

         - Mobilize the correct means, in due time to meet the schedule constraints

         - Complete the Scope of Services - as per Employer specification and schedule

         - Analyse data further to the operation and produce report to the Employer

         Organisation, Ability to work on several projects at once and ability to communicate efficiently are important and part of the procurement.

          - Definite the methodology of the Survey to be carried out with the appropriate tools

          - Produce Procedures (technical, QHSE, Management and operational)

         For all lots:

         - Provide the portions of the turnover associated to the type of services requested for each lot in the contract notice for the the last 3 years (2020, 2021, 2022)

         - Provide a brief summary of Candidate"s history and also an organizational chart detailing the Candidate organization (mentioning the number of employees)

         - Present the Candidate entity from a legal point of view

         - Provide the name of the direct parent company and the ultimate holding company of the Candidate

         - Provide the shareholding diagram of the Candidate.

         RTE reserves the right to request to the group of economic operators its transformation into a group where all members are jointly and severally liable at framework contract award, should this transformation be necessary to the good execution of the framework contract.
