    Lorsque les candidats veulent faire valoir les capacités d"autres opérateurs économiques, ils doivent justifier des capacités de ces opérateurs ainsi que du fait qu"ils en disposeront pour l"exécution du marché.

    - Liste des principaux services fournis au cours des trois dernières années indiquant le montant, la date et le destinataire public ou privé. Joindre des attestations de bonne exécution, ou une déclaration de l’opérateur économique.
    
    - Déclaration indiquant, pour chacun des 3 derniers exercices, les effectifs moyens annuels de l"entreprise et l’importance du personnel d’encadrement.

    Un opérateur économique répondant seul est autorisé à répondre aussi en groupement, à condition de ne pas en être le mandataire du groupement.

    Que le groupement soit solidaire ou conjoint, le mandataire est toujours solidaire de chacun des membres du groupement pour leurs obligations contractuelles.
