          Le lot n°3 est quant à lui décomposé en tranches dont :

          - Une tranche ferme dont la réalisation par le titulaire est certaine ; et

          - une tranche optionnelle obligatoire, dont la réalisation dépendra d’une décision expresse d’affermissement du Pouvoir Adjudicateur.

          Chaque candidat à ce lot doit obligatoirement intégrer et décrire dans son offre la réponse qu’il apporte sur les prestations attendues dans le cadre de la tranche ferme et la réponse qu’il apporte sur la prestation attendue dans le cadre de la tranche optionnelle obligatoire.

          Ces réponses seront prises en compte dans l’analyse de son offre. À défaut de répondre à toutes les tranches du lot, l’offre du candidat sera considérée comme incomplète et pourra être rejetée pour ce motif.
