concours restreint de maîtrise d"?uvre sur "Esquisse +" pour la construction d?un accueil périscolaire ALSH de 80 places, d?une réhabilitation thermique des écoles et la création d?une cour végétalisée à VilléLe projet consiste dans la création d?un accueil périscolaire ALSH de 80 places à Villé en extension d?un bâtiment existant qui sera réhabilité. Une réhabilitation thermique de l?ensemble des bâtiments scolaires (élémentaire et maternelle) est également attendue ainsi que la création d?une cour végétalisée. Surfaces à construire envisagées : 650 m2 env. Dont 320m2 à réhabiliter et 2 200m2 d?espaces extérieurs
