        Ce marché sera composé de 3 lots :

        -Lot 1 : Organisation d"événements d"un montant supérieur à 150 k€

        -Lot 3 : Organisation d"événements d"un montant inférieur à 50 k€. Ce lot est concerné par une répartition géographique de 8 zones

        Les prestations attendues sont détaillées dans les paragraphes II.2.4 de chaque lot et dans le cahier des charges sur la plateforme de réponse.

        Les types d’événements organisés sont principalement :

        - Séminaires, conventions annuelles, assemblées générales

        - Road show

        - Challenges internes & remise de prix (Victoires du Commerce, Challenge du nucléaire, Prix EDF Pulse…)

        - Journée destinée à un public externe autour de l’Innovation (Electric days…)

        - Opération de RP (sport et culture)

        Sur la base d’un brief EDF, l’agence pourra être amenée à réaliser notamment des prestations de :

        - Conseil et pilotage

        - Création, conception et scénarisation

        - Production, logistique

        - Achats de prestation pour le compte d’EDF Groupe

        Exemples d"évènements de ce lot :

        - Séminaire Management France : Séminaire réunissant 300 managers français sur une journée

        Site d’inscription, e-badge, contenus, recherche de lieux…

        - Road show en France / International : Organisation d’un road show réunissant en moyenne 500 personnes sur des demi-journées sur plusieurs dates et lieux en France

        - Challenge du nucléaire (événement interne) : « Salon de l’innovation » du nucléaire organisé pendant une ou deux journées aux Docks de Paris

        Sur la base d’un brief EDF, l’agence pourra être amenée à réaliser notamment des prestations de :

        - Conseil et pilotage

        - Création, conception et scénarisation

        - Production, logistique

        - Achats de prestation pour le compte d’EDF Groupe

        -Séminaire Top 200 :

        Séminaire réunissant 200 managers français et internationaux sur Paris.

        Recherche de lieux, gestion des invitations

        Réflexion et proposition de scénographie

        Accompagnement sur des contenus pertinents et innovants

        - Séminaire du COMEX :

        Organisé sur 2 jours avec hébergement des 14 membres du Comex, salle plénière et restauration

        Technique, transport si besoin, logistique, création graphique, choix du lieu mais aussi proposition d’une activité de groupe

        - Voyage Learning expedition / Pulse :

        Conception, contenus, rencontre / programme

        - Séminaire du TEAM EDF : Invitation des 16 athlètes du TEAM EDF sur 2 à 3 jours en France ou à l’étranger :

        * Proposition de lieux (villes, hôtels, restaurants…).

        * Organisation des transports et transferts

        * Proposition d’un programme intégrant :

        o les séances d’entrainement (trouver piscines, stades et salle de musculation…)

        o une plénière

        o un shooting photo

        o des enregistrements vidéo

        o une activité de cohésion (escape game ou autre)

        o une intervention « Ouverture » (proposition originale d’intervenants)

        * Proposer une idée de dotation vestimentaire moderne à la marque TEAM EDF. Ces vêtements sont portés par les athlètes lors de leur médiatisation (interviews, entrainements, interventions internes…).

        * Proposer un cadeau utile aux athlètes, en lien avec notre métier ou avec les JO/JP
