         La SPL BFC Numérique souhaite disposer d"un outil de consultation des données des réseaux d"initiative publique de ses cinq actionnaires (Département de la Côte d"Or, du Jura, de la Saône et Loire et du Jura, et le Syndicat mixte Nièvre Numérique) qu"elle exploite à l"échelle de ces cinq territoires départementaux, au format système d"information géographique (SIG). La SPL BFC Numérique a, par ailleurs, concédé l"exploitation du réseau à la société ad hoc BFC Fibre (Orange Concession).
