         tout au long du marché, le titulaire, devra fournir un produit conforme à ces échantillons. Ces échantillons seront remis à titre gratuit, franco de port, et ne feront l"objet d"aucune restitution ni d"aucune facturation. Les délais de livraisons commencent à courir à compter de la notification du bon de commande et courent jusqu"à la livraison de la commande. Le délai de livraison imposé est de 5 jours ouvrés maximum. Pour les livraisons urgentes, le titulaire s"engage à respecter le délai indiqué à l"article 6 de l"acte d"engagement. Passé ces délais, il encourt l"application des pénalités prévues à l"article 10 du Cahier des clauses particulières. Une prolongation du délai peut être accordée par l"acheteur dans les conditions de l"article 13.3 du CCAG-FCS
