l"Opération a pour objet la création d"une ferme urbaine sur le secteur de la Terre des Lièvres. Elle prévoit la construction d"un bâtiment agricole exemplaire, de serres, d"une plateforme de compostage, les travaux Vrd, l"aménagement des terrains agricoles et vergers, la création du parvis pour l"accueil pédagogique. Elle comprend de la construction neuve de bâtiment et d"infrastructure.Elle s"inscrit dans un système d"économie circulaire permettant à la fois de fournir la restauration municipale (346000 repas/an et 2300 repas/jour), de présenter une vertu pédagogique grâce à l"organisation d"ateliers sur le thème du jardin ou de l"alimentation durable, d"amender les cultures en implantant une plateforme de compostage pour les déchets verts et les biodéchets du territoire.L"enveloppe prévisionnelle de travaux est de 1460000 euro(s) Ht (hors achat matériel agricole).Concours restreint avec remise de prestations de niveau Esquisse Plus
