         La présente consultation a pour objet la sélection d"un opérateur/d"un groupement d"opérateurs associé à une équipe de concepteurs (duo d"architecte et paysagiste), en vue de la réalisation d"un programme d"environ 70 logements, d"une maison et d"une grange à réhabiliter (300 m² environ pour les deux bâtiments) et d"environ 500 m² de commerces, dans le cadre d"une cession de charges foncières sur l"îlot 1 de la ZAC Coeur de Ville situé sur la commune du Haillan.La programmation logements se composera d"une offre en logement locatif social, en accession sociale en Bail Réel Solidaire et en accession libre.La consultation sera organisée en 2 phases : une pour retenir 3 candidats, et une durant laquelle les candidats constitueront leur offre. À l"issue de cette phase un candidat unique sera retenu.
