         Data collection is an important and essential activity at the Council of Europe. Data is collected within the framework of monitoring activities, recommendations, Conventions, indicators, etc. Data collection can be one-off or recurring (in order to analyze trends), and applies to individuals or entities (data collection at the level of a country, a region, an Organization, etc.).

         DIT would like to find one or more cloud data collection solutions that would meet the different needs of its users. The solution has to be cloud based, GDPR compliant and hosted inside EU.
