mise en accessibilité et restructuration de l"hôtel des Bas Trévois à Troyes - relance des lots no5, 8, 9 et 10 déclarés sans suite par décision no2022/0077 (lot 5) pour motif d"infructuosité et par décision no2023/0073 (lots 8, 9 et 10) pour motif d"intérêt général. Les lots no1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13 et 15 ont été attribués lors de précédentes consultation. La durée globale du marché est de 24 mois à compter de la date de la notification du marché au titulaire. Un calendrier détaillé d"exécution sera effectué avec chaque titulaire durant la période de préparation. Le délai global d"exécution des travaux tous corps d"état confondus est de 6 mois : la période de préparation de 1 mois pour chacun des lots débutera à compter de la date prescrite par l"ordre de service de démarrage et le délai d"exécution propre à chacun des lots à compter de la date prescrite par l"ordre de service de démarrage sur la base du planning prévisionnel d"exécution et du calendrier détaillé d"exécution
