         Cette refonte de son SIRH-Paie, en mode SaaS doit permettre ainsi à 1001 Vies Habitat d’atteindre les objectifs suivants :

         • Optimiser : Professionnaliser les pratiques RH au travers de processus de gestion digitalisés et automatiser les tâches à faible valeur ajoutée,

         • Anticiper : Garantir la capacité de 1001 Vies Habitat à faire face à l’évolution des métiers du secteur et des attentes des collaborateurs,

         • Maîtriser : Renforcer la capacité de pilotage de la Fonction RH pour s’assurer de son rôle de Business Partner et de son excellence opérationnelle,

         • Responsabiliser : Soutenir l’évolution de la posture managériale grâce à la décentralisation de certains processus RH auprès des managers,

         • Engager : Offrir aux collaborateurs de nouveaux services et garantir aux utilisateurs du SIRH une symétrie des usages avec la sphère personnelle,

         • Innover : Adopter des pratiques RH modernes et efficientes pour répondre aux ambitions de la Fonction RH.

         Ce projet SIRH-Paie, permettra de renforcer le pilotage de ses processus RH, de consolider et sécuriser ses données RH à travers un socle RH, de simplifier sa gestion au quotidien, et de travailler de façon plus automatisée, plus sécurisée, plus robuste et plus fluide.
