         les prestations du présent accord-cadre sont relatives à l"ensemble des services d"agence de voyage et services associés, à savoir :- la billetterie : réservation, émission et livraison des titres de transport nationaux et internationaux, individuels et pour les groupes, aérien, ferroviaire, maritime. - l"Hébergement : dans le cas où le voyage des groupes ou du personnel UNSS nécessite un hébergement entre le lieu de l"évènement et le lieu de départ (compétition, rencontre, réunion, ...), le prestataire doit assurer la réservation de nuit d"hôtels. - la restauration : dans le cas où le voyage des groupes ou du personnel UNSS nécessite une nuit de prise en charge dans le déplacement ou un repas de midi dans le pré-acheminement ; - la location de véhicule (cars) avec chauffeurs : réservation en France ou à l"étranger de prestation de transport routier. - le service d"assistance téléphonique et technique disponible 24 heures 24 et 7 jours sur 7
