         Le Centre Hospitalier, établissement support du GHT-HC, agit en tant que pouvoir adjudicateur du groupement. L"Accord-Cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Le montant maximum annuel du marché est de 10 400euroht. La consultation ne comporte qu"un seul lot : Eaux usées et pluviales
