le concédant souhaite établir une concession de service pour la gestion et l"exploitation de trois cafétérias de restauration rapide, deux points presse : - gestion et exploitation d"une cafétéria/restauration rapide et d"un point presse à l"hôpital Michallon ; - gestion et exploitation d"une cafétéria/restauration rapide à l"hôpital Couple Enfant ; - gestion et exploitation d"une cafétéria/restauration rapide et d"un point presse à l"hôpital Sud. Ce contrat vaut également autorisation d"occupation du domaine publique pour les cafétérias, points presses et les food-truck

Il est décomposé comme suit : 20 M euros HT hors clause de réexamen et 2 M euros HT si une des clauses de réexamen est déclenchée pendant la durée d"exécution de la concession.une visite de site est possible se référer au règlement de consultation.niveau minimum de capacité exigé :Les candidats doivent avoir au minimum un chiffre d"affaires annuel supérieur ou égal à 3 x le chiffre d"affaires annuel de l"activité de la présente concession. Le calcul s"effectuera sur la base de la moyenne annuelle des années détaillées dans la grille de candidature.les candidats peuvent présenter une variante dans les conditions fixées au règlement de consultation
