Ces augmentations temporaires sollicitées par le Titulaire sont réputées directement liées à la crise inflationnistecausée notamment par la guerre en Ukraine, et s’inscrivent à ce titre dans le cadre de l’article R2194-5 du CCPindiquant que la modification est rendue nécessaire par des circonstances qu’un acheteur diligent ne pouvait pasprévoir.
