Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

l"Assureur nous adresse un courrier recommandé indiquant que sans révision des cotisations, l"ensemble des contrats qui composent le lot no2 Responsabilité Civiles et risques annexes seront résiliés au 31 décembre suivant, soit 1 an avant l"échéance prévue. En cause l"augmentation de notre sinistralité.

Dans ce secteur une absence de concurrence est à noter, seule la SMACL répond aux consultations des collectivités.
