cette consultation est un concours d"architecture et d"ingénierie sur ESQUISSE +.

La présente consultation concerne la construction d"un équipement multifonction à la mézière (35)

la part de l"enveloppe financière affectée aux travaux par le maître de l"ouvrage est fixée à 4 520 000 euros (H.T.). Compris construction neuve et aménagements des espaces extérieurs (valeur mai 2023).

Le contenu de la mission susceptible d"être confiée au lauréat est la suivante : Offre de base comprenant la Mission de base au sens des articles L2410-1 et suivants du C.C.P. Et les missions complémentaires : coordination du système de sécurité incendie (C.S.S.I.), et Qualité environnementale du Bâtiment.

Il n"est pas demandé de Prestations Supplémentaires Éventuelles (P.S.E.).
