         IDF HABITAT a inscrit à son plan stratégique de patrimoine la réhabilitation des immeubles sis 1 à 8 rue Henri Barbusse et 1 à 6 allée Maxime Gorki à Fontenay sous Bois.Sur le plan énergétique, le programme de travaux envisagé doit permettre de faire passer le patrimoine de l"étiquette D/E à l"étiquette B (Consommation inférieure à 90 kWh EP/m².an). Le programme de travaux permet également d"améliorer les faiblesses relevées dans le fonctionnement du patrimoine.
