        certains lots de l"accord-cadre seront réservés à des opérateurs économiques d"entretien des espaces verts qui emploient des travailleurs handicapés et défavorisés - article L. 2113-12 du CCP Outre les lots réservés aux entreprises adaptées, le préfet de la Guadeloupe a décidé de mettre en oeuvre une clause sociale d"insertion au titre du présent marché. C"Est pourquoi, conformément à l"article L2112-2 CCP. Une clause sociale d"insertion obligatoire visant l"emploi de personnes rencontrant des difficultés particulières d"accès à l"emploi : Les titulaires s"engagent à réaliser des actions d"insertion professionnelle équivalentes à 10 % du total des heures travaillées au bénéfice de personnes rencontrant des difficultés particulières d"accès à l"emploi.
